2. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Submit our estimate request forms on the Home, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Full Home Renovation, or Contact pages. Fields include your name, phone number, email address, project type, and any project details you choose to share.
• Use our cost calculators (Kitchen, Bathroom, Full Home Renovation) and request a quote. We collect the inputs you select plus your contact information when you submit.
• Email or call us directly using the contact information published on our site.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site: your IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is standard server log data used for security and site performance.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your estimate or service request and prepare a quote.
• Schedule a consultation, site visit, or follow-up conversation.
• Provide ongoing project communication if you become a customer.
• Improve our service offerings and the content on this website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses functional cookies set by our hosting provider to maintain your session and serve cached pages. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage; analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors.

We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit the consultation form, a hashed version of your first and last name is sent to Meta together with Meta's own _fbp/_fbc cookies, your IP address, and your browser user agent. 5. SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number through our contact form and consent to receive SMS messages, we collect your number solely to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and estimate updates related to your inquiry. "Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes." Information sharing with subcontractors is only for the purpose of fulfilling your service request. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity.

6. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate this site. The relevant ones for visitors:

• Google Maps — to display our service-area map. Google receives the standard request data when the map loads.
• Splitforms — the service that processes our estimate request forms. Submissions are stored in our dashboard and emailed to us.
• Hearth — our financing partner. If you click "Apply through Hearth," you leave our site and are subject to Hearth's own privacy practices.
• Meta — we use the Facebook Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance. See section 4 and our Cookie Policy.
• Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes server requests.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it. To make such a request, email support@topnotchnewjersey.com from the email address you originally submitted, and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Data retention

We retain estimate and contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and complete any resulting project work, plus a reasonable archival period. After that, we delete or anonymize them.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please email us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
